Fastlite is located on the Orsay University campus, within the former buildings of the Institute of Optics and benefits from an ideal research environment only 20 minutes away from Paris /France.

Fastlite has been created in January 1999 by Daniel Kaplan and Pierre Tournois. Both founders are physicists with extensive scientific and industrial experience ranging over 40 years.
